Ocean-loving dance performers turned freedivers, Gabriel Forestieri and Christine Ren, have teamed up to create a one-of-a-kind underwater movement retreat at Tanote Villas in Koh Tao, Thailand. Join us for this exploration of new levels of freedom that includes an underwater portrait session at the end.
This course is an entry point to explore the water on its own terms – not from the shore, beach, or shallows, but to enter it completely without buoy or anchor.
The stress will be on efficiency and relaxation, feeling and trusting the water. Letting the water hold you in its embrace rather than struggling against it.
Ocean- and travel-enthusiasts who are looking for a unique experience with a philanthropic component will also find our offering as a culmination of these desires.
This course is acceptable for beginners, but you must be able to swim and feel comfortable in the water. A wetsuit, mask, and snorkel are not required but are helpful. Nose clips, however, are required. We will not be using fins.
You’ll be staying for four beautiful night in the quiet, authentic-Thai ambiance of Tanote Villas, complete with infinity swimming pools, A/C, wifi, laundry, and a serene nature setting off the beaten path from this typically touristy area. Walking distance to local shops and restaurants, sundecks, modern-style bathrooms and open-air restaurant. View more photos and information at http://www.tanotevillahill.com.
Prices above do not include your airfare but do include 4 nights of accommodations,
all your gear rentals, transportation, and 2 meals a day.
