In a world that demands we move fast and break things, we also need to create time and space to cultivate our capacity for stillness, slowness and surrender.
That's what the Underwater Play Days are all about.
In these LA-based full-day immersions, you'll experience a cultivated series of embodied surrender exercises and underwater movement techniques that facilitate new levels of freedom and flow.
The water is the one place you can infinitely pour whatever you‘re carrying.
So please join me, to discover what’s below the surface and enjoy a full-day workshop focused on the process, not the end product (though, you will come away with an epic underwater portrait from Justin Lutsky - so you can remember the experience and that at anytime, how you can tap back into these meditative underwater states).
THE EXPERIENCE
CENTER | SURRENDER | FLOW
This series of events is dedicated to experimentation and play; finding freedom and surrendering to the moment.
In this immersion, I share my specific underwater training techniques of 'center, surrender, flow.' I also share in-water watsu and meditative techniques as well as safety and breath training.
The full-day 8 hour training culminates in an underwater photo-session for each participant by Justin Lutsky. 2 final edited photos d be provided within 30 days after the workshop to each attendee.
This event is hosted at private heated pools in a small-group setting in the greater Los Angeles area.

THE PORTRAITS
Each underwater play day culminates in a creative experiment to capture you underwater in pure flow. Bring your own costume or use some of our fabrics available. The underwater photo session if your chance to showcase all that you've learned.
Underwater photographer Justin Lutsky joins each Underwater Play Day and provides 2 edited shots per attendee. Justin is an OC/LA-based filmmaker, as well as a PADI open water instructor, with extensive experience as both a cinematographer and photographer - above and underwater.

WHO'S THIS FOR?
The Underwater Play Day series creates a safe space for people of all types and walks of life to explore releasing anything that no longer serves them. The more you release into the water, the more you train at a physical level, the feeling and process of letting go.
This event is for everyone - models and non-models alike. While it's a unique opportunity to bolster a portfolio with a new style of otherworldly imagery, the core values of play, surrender, flow and healing are the primary focus.
All participants will experience meditative flow states and come away with visual memories in the form of their own underwater portraits.
